Hi, I'm Hilde,
an animation direcor & illustrator based in Amsterdam
With a keen eye for design, I create animated content for educational videos, exhibitions, visual identities, and commercials. It’s important to me to deliver visuals that are not only pleasant to look at but also communicate clearly with viewers. Using well-planned color schemes and designs, I add dimension to every story or message.
I particularly enjoy creating fun characters to bring stories to life.
When I am not animating I enjoy reading, traveling and experimenting with analog photography.
Creative challenges
As a freelancer I love collaborating with other artists and design studio’s to expand my creative horizon. Besides commisioned projects I like to challenge myself by doing personal projects to keep evolving artistically.
In Amsterdam West I have a shared studiospace.
